AntwortenLöschenI also started biking on my mtb-bike this last week, not because I have to much weight (well, just a bit for an old lady like I am), but mostly for my physical condition.
I must say it wasn't easy to ride with my bike upwards on my well known slope after weeks of rest, but at the end it went downwards yahoo! and that gave me wings to fly back home. Afterwards I am proud on myself I did it again, but unfortunately..........there was no cake waiting for me LOL ;)!
