werden, darum bin ich in Mellis Rucksack gehüpft und habe mich von ihr
auf ihrer liebsten Laufstrecke tragen lassen... Puh... das war ganz
schön anstrengend ihr beim Laufen zuzuschauen kann ich euch sagen

Alles in allem waren das nun 9km die Melli üblicher Weise in etwa 1,5 Stunden läuft
und das macht Melli 2-3x pro Woche... zusätzlich zu ihrem Krafttraining (3-4x pro Woche)
Weil
ihr so fleißig mit uns trainiert habt, habt ihr jetzt etwa 525 Kalorien
verbrannt... wenn ihr (wie Melli) abnehmen wollt, dürft ihr aber nur
2/3 eurer "Sport- Kalorien" auch essen... also immerhin 350 Kalorien...
Wenn
ihr diesen Text also 2x lest und alle Bilder dazu anschaut habt ihr
euch schon 700 zusätzliche Kalorien verdient... das ist genug für eine
ganze Tafel Schokolade oder fast eine ganze Pizza... also falls euch
jemand fragt, könnt ihr jetzt sagen, dass ihr heute schon ordentlich
viel Sport gemacht habt!
